    Although not visiting during either the laying or hatching season still have me plenty to see and learn about these amazing creatures, worth a visit for sure, anytime of the year..

    We had an amazing experience in spotting big female turtles crawling up at night to lay eggs.
    It was mesmerizing to watch us being guests in their home rather than watching them in a zoo.

    You may want to walk closer to the shore after it gets dark to spot them.
    Its also an amazing spot for star gazing

    Good display and information. A place to watch turtles laying eggs or hatching at the right time of the year.

    They could do so much more with this place. Very basic & the tours obviously don’t want the customers. You have to pay and book well in advance which unfortunately isn’t mentioned anywhere and the visitors centre fails to let you know this when they tell you that there is a turtle tour. We missed out- because they have “limited” spots available, & we were Exmouth for a whole week- so plenty of time available- or so one would think.
